There are SVP envelopes to collect as you leave Church. Also, please think about gift aiding your donation if you are a UK tax payer. Include the gift aid form inside the envelope. St Aelreds Cake Sale 13th July in aid of window blinds for the hall. Please bring cakes for sale either Saturday 12th or on the morning, don’t forget some cash to buy cakes for tea.

The Fisher Singers have a Summer Celebration concert on Monday 7th of July at 7.30pm at the Cairn Hotel. Tickets are £10, under 18s £8. Please phone 07411 258713/07958665410r tickets can be purchased on the door. Proceeds to go to Harrogate Homeless project.

Our SVPs collect food for the hungry, can you spare a tin a week for this also some toiletries? These can be left in the boxes at the back of our churches. The Lord tells us to feed the hungry, so thank you all for your donations which are sincerely appreciated.

St Aelred’s church flower team would gratefully accept flowers from your garden or bought flowers to be used to decorate the church. Please leave donations at the back of church in the bucket marked Flowers.

Saturday 28th June in St Aelred’s Hall. 10am-3.30pm. A day retreat in the Celtic tradition. Christ asks us not to lock Him away inside the walls of the church, but to follow Him and wash the feet of the world. Andy and Anna Raine of the Northumbrian Community on Lindisfarne will lead the day of prayer, music and scripture. Please bring something for a Shared Table lunch. All most welcome!

Friendship Groups: St Aelred’s Friendship Group meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 1.30pm – 3.30pm all most welcome. St Mary’s Friendship Group meet Monday afternoons from 1.30pm to 3pm with refreshments and good cake! All most welcome.
