This weekend sees the annual appeal by the St. Aelred’s SVP Conference. Last year our Conference members made some 450 visits to beneficiaries. These may be families in need, Residents of Care Homes or Elderly people living alone. We helped people with the cost of their shopping, with the purchase of white goods, carpets and furniture items. The demand is growing year by year. Please help us continue our work in the parish by using the envelope attached to this bulletin and donating whatever you can. Please return your envelope next Sunday. If you are able to Gift Aid your donation, that makes a huge difference to us, at no additional cost to you. Thank you for helping us in our work.
