Pope Francis leaves behind us a legacy like no other. He was above all a prayerful man of the people. Mass will be celebrated for him at
St Aelred’s on Saturday 26th April at 6pm and
St Mary’s on Sunday 4th May at 10.30am. We are all called to serve and take from his example the call to pray, reflect and be church together. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.

Thank you for supporting CAFOD’s Family Fast Day! Your donations in our parish collection and online are helping families like Waré’s in Ethiopia. CAFOD’s local partners worked with Waré’s community to build an underground water tank that now provides safe water for 300 families. Christmas Nativity at St Aelred’s – Would your child like to take part in this year’s nativity at St Aelred’s? All ages welcome and talking and non-talking parts available! The nativity will be carried out during the 9am Mass on Christmas day.
